Joshua Hollinger began working for Springfield Township in 2019. He started in the Public Service Department and transitioned into the Planning and Zoning Department. He enjoys helping the community with any zoning inquiries and looks forward to the future of the Township.

If new construction or property improvements are in your future, below you can access our online zoning permit forms. Permits are required to be applied for and received prior to any construction, erection, enlargement, addition, or alteration in any Residential, Commercial, or Industrial District. Zoning Permits are not required when replacing shingles on a roof, windows, doors, siding, interior remodeling, electrical or plumbing work. Your Homeowner’s Association may have specific rules on what types of structures are allowed in your subdivision. Please contact your association before applying for a zoning permit.
